Lash Primer Black

This black lash primer delivers the ultimate base of lash fullness and thickness, while finishing your mascara with a true black finish, without the use of harmful carbon black. Pentapeptide-17 encourages new lash growth for thicker, longer lashes over time, while enriching vitamins and nourishing ingredients condition and protect lashes. Prior to applying mascara, build as many coats as desired within 30 to 60 seconds to immediately thicken and lengthen lashes.

HOW TO USE
For treatment benefits: Apply one or two coats before going to bed or wearing mascara. Also great for eyebrows.
For eyelash enhancement:Apply one coat and let it set for 30 seconds. Keep applying coats until the desired lash volume, length and separation is achieved, always letting it set 30 seconds in between coats.You may then apply your mascara.
