Going for regular facials, dermabrasion . It wasn’t until my cosmetologist showed me to the salons Dermatologist who suggested Obagi Nu Derm System. I decided to give it a try. Started with the the same set but the Trial version or travel version, along with the Obagi Vitamin C 10% serum and 0. 5% Retin-A. The process was hard to begin with, as slight cracking of the skin occurred on the very 2nd day and then the skin started peeling or shedding like CRAZY. It was scary and painful and the skin would look raw and red, inflamed and kept peeling off. But stayed in touch with the Dermatologist and he kept reassuring me that if I had endured 2 weeks then there were only 14 more weeks left to a totally reformed Skin. And as the handout explained that the peeling slows down in the 7-8th week. After that the skin peels slows down and the last 4 weeks are just stabilizing the skin. WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED. The transformation in the 4-8 week period mark was incredibly life changing.
