HOW TO USE
Take about 18 inches of floss and wrap around the middle finger of one hand then wrap the floss around the middle finger of the other hand, leaving about 6 inches loose. Index fingers and thumbs of each hand are working fingers, holding floss taut. Hold hands no more than one inch apart. Position small section of floss around each tooth in a "C" shape. Slide floss under the gum crevice and gently glide down. As you move from one tooth to another, use clean sections of floss. Repeat on every tooth.
